Guaranteed same-day shipping for orders placed before 12pm (WST)
Glow Vault offers free shipping for any order over $70 to anywhere in Australia.
For all orders under $70, there is a $8.95 flat rate for shipping.
We also offer $6.95 Express Shipping for orders over $70 of product value for anyone wanting their order even faster!
For all orders under $70 of product value, Express Shipping is available for $11.95.
Glow Vault uses Australia Post exclusively as our shipping partner.
All deliveries are sent with tracking, so you can track the status of your order at all times.
Parcels are sent with safe drop enabled. In some instances, the delivery driver will deem it unable to be safe-dropped and will leave it at the nearest post office for collection. This decision is made at the discretion of the Australia Post delivery driver.
We do not take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
We understand that people often work during business hours and therefore suggest having your order sent to your place of work if you do not think you will be available to accept delivery at a home address.

Standard shipping is free for all orders over $70. For orders under $70, there is a $8.95 flat rate charge for shipping. This is standard Australia Post freight that includes a tracking number.
Express shipping is an expedited service. Your order will be prioritised in our warehouse and dispatched via Australia Post Express Post within 24 hours. For orders above $70, express shipping is $6.95. For orders below $70, express shipping is $11.95.

Please note that these shipping times are a general guide only. In periods of high order volumes, Australia Post delays, and other extenuating circumstances, delivery times may differ. All orders are shipped by Australia Post Parcel Post from our Perth Distribution Centre and information relating to tracking and delivery will be sent to you via email as soon as your goods have been shipped.
If you have placed an order and realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact support@glowvault.com.au immediately. If your order has been dispatched with the wrong address, Glow Vault will not be able to provide any assistance in the form of a refund or resend the original order.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you change your mind after your purchase, we allow a 28-day Return policy, to be provided in the form of a refund or store credit to the value of your order. Glow Vault must be notified of a return and have authorised the return, for a return to be deemed valid. Return Shipping is at the expense of the customer. All Return items must be in their original packaging, un-opened, without damage, and therefore in a condition to be re-sold. Any return that deviates from this definition will not warrant a refund or store credit.
