At Glow Vault, we proudly stand behind every product and we strive to make your shopping experience with us rewarding and enjoyable. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unopened item(s) within 28 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Change Of Mind
If you received your order and you’ve changed your mind about something you’ve purchased, contact us at support@glowvault.com.au within 28 days of receiving the item(s). Should you wish to return any item(s), we will happily issue you with a refund or store credit. Please note the return shipping cost is at the customer's expense. A flat rate postage fee of $8.95 will apply if you’re wanting a new order resent. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Allergy
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us. Glow Vault will cover the shipping costs. 

Damaged In Transit 
If you have received an item that has arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us at support@glowvault.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

Received Incorrect Item
If you have received the wrong item(s), you can return your item(s) free of charge and Glow Vault will cover any shipping costs. Please contact us support@glowvault.com.au

Faulty Item
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us at support@glowvault.com.au with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo.

    • All returns must be authorised by our Customer Service team.
    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise stated.
    • Item(s) must be returned unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
    • All returns must be shipped via Australia Post and a tracking number provided to us.
    • Items bought on sale or with use of a discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount.
    • Refunds for ‘Change of mind’ returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.



Need To Return Your Product/s?

  1. Email us at support@glowvault.com.au 
  2. Check that item(s) are in as-new condition and in original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or tested will not be accepted.
  3. Ship your parcel back to us (Please note: Shipping is at the customer’s expense).
  4. Returns must be sent via Australia Post with tracking number provided to us, as we are not liable for parcels lost in transit.
  5. Once we receive your returned item(s), and confirm the condition, we will provide you a refund or store credit to the value of the item(s) returned.
