Shipping & Returns FAQs

Glow Vault proudly ships Australia-wide, including both metro and rural areas. For more information on shipping costs, time-frames, and more, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

If you wish to ship to an international address outside of Australia, please email us at support@glowvault.com.au to discuss freight costs and options.

Yes we do! We're happy to offer $6.95 Express Shipping via Australia Post for orders over $70 of product value.

At Glow Vault, we proudly stand behind every product and we strive to make your shopping experience with us rewarding and enjoyable. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unopened item(s) within 28 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us. Glow Vault will cover the shipping costs.
